Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

High Fitness will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on shop.highfitness.com for store credit or exchange within 30 days of original order date. All returns must be processed through our return portal HERE. 

Items that CANNOT BE RETURNED will be refused without notice. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to the following: 

FINAL SALE ITEMS - final sale items include but are not limited to:

  • Any and all items marked with an asterisk or 'FINAL SALE' tag
  • Any and all items purchased as part of a sale or marked “SALE”
  • Any and all items marked “CLEARANCE” or purchased as part of a clearance sale
  • Any and all items marked “FLASH SALE” or purchased as part of a flash sale
  • All jewelry, perfume and hats

DAMAGED GOODS - Any and all Items worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way will be refused. Any and all items smelling of perfume, smoke or marked with makeup or deodorant will be refused.

No exchange or store credit is given for refused items. No exceptions. 

Returns received within 30 days of delivery, will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If the item is deemed in returnable condition, you will be issued a store credit and/or gift card to be redeemed on future purchases. 

The return package must be postmarked and sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date. Packages postmarked after that 30 day period will not be accepted.

Our RETURN FORM must be filled out before sending anything back. Any items sent back without a return form entry will be refused. 

If an item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued, including shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any product if the product appears to be damaged by the customer. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

Defective items are reported through the returns portal - RETURN PORTAL.

Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS of order delivery & must be unwashed and unworn with tags still attached.

We are not responsible for damages due to wash and wear.

We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping and reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been damaged by the customer.

 

**Please note: When shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. High Fitness is not responsible for lost exchanges/returns. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed. 



Shipping Policy

 

All orders within the United States will be subject to a flat rate of $7.50 USD for shipping. International shipping rates vary by country and will be subject to any and all applicable taxes and duties as per each country's guidelines. Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a country other than the USA will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Canadian Shoppers: by choosing the UPS Ground Standard option you are choosing to PRE-PAY duties and taxes. The Canada Post ground shipping option will mean duties and taxes charged to you at delivery.

 

High Fitness is not responsible for any incorrect addresses. Please make sure your address, and all other information is entered correctly.

 

Tracking packages: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Click on that link to find out when to expect your package.

 

Due to high demand and shipping delays outside of our control, we will ship your order within 7-10 business days at the longest (most orders go out much sooner than that). Once shipped, US orders usually takes 5-7 business days to get to you, this timeline may vary. We cannot guarantee when orders will arrive, as once a package leaves the warehouse it is out of our hands.
